If you have forgotten your eShowers password, please follow the steps below to recover your password & create a new one.
1. Open eShowers & click on the "Forgot Password" button:
This will take you directly to your relevant App Portal link as described in the help article below:

2. Here you will be presented with the apropriate Forgot password portal:
3. Enter your account email and click Send:
4. If successful, confirmation box will display at bottom of screen:
5. Now check your email for a “Password reset” email from your portal provider. It should be similar to the image below with a "Reset your password" button. Please click the button.
6. You will now be taken back to the appropriate portal to enter a new password:
7. Please enter & confirm your new password, then click Submit:
8. If successful, you will be logged in and redirected as shown below:
9. If you see the following error, then your reset code has expired or is invalid. Please restart this procedure to receive a new forgot-password reset code.
